Restoration Ranch of Arkansas, Inc is a Christ-centered, Holy Spirit empowered, Bible-boot-camp ministry for equipping Christians with the authority God has given them to overcome the power of the enemy, slay the flesh, change their perspective, walk in wholeness as a son of the Most High God, and learn to minister healing like Jesus.
Restoration Ranch of Arkansas, Inc is a Mountain-Top Christian residential restoration and equipping center that offers life-changing truths from the Bible combined with hands-on, skills-based, kinetic approach to empowering Christians to overcome Emotional, Spiritual and Physical hurdles in their lives. Set high on a ridge on 100 acres of beautiful woods in the Ozark Mountains, we offer a loving transitional home for Christian individuals who desire a deeper walk with Christ or are seeking healing and restoration. Our daily, Bible-Based mentorship program teaches Kingdom Authority and Sonship through faith-building experiences like Rock Climbing, Repelling, Horsemanship, Hiking, Boating, swimming, and hands on skills like wood-working, painting, Beekeeping, and Tee-Shirt Design for empowering your your life, transforming your mind and exercising your God-given authority to fight the real enemy. We offer free board and room to Individuals who are seeking ministry in exchange for ranch work.
What are we doing?
Phase One - Property Transformation
During phase one we are offering a Work Exchange Program for individuals who like adventure, the great outdoors and getting their hands dirty for the Kingdom of God. We welcome volunteers to spend a day, week-end, week, month or year with us. We need skilled workers, Bull Dozers, and energetic laborers to clear land, cut down trees, and dig holes for the septic and pipes, all in preparation for Phase Two. We are also looking for office personnel, fundraisers, ministry liaisons, graphic designers, promotional agents, grant proposal writers, event planners, and web managers. Phase Two- Building
In phase two we will be ready to begin construction of the Creator's Workshop followed by our residential cabins, Stables, Sawmill Shed, and Wood Drying barn, and Cafeteria. Once the 30 acre main campus is complete, we will begin working on the outer buildings. We will need builders, drywall installers, cabinet and furniture builders, plumbers, and electricians, painters and more. Those who want to come volunteer their labor for a while at the ranch will receive a free warm bed, meals and ministry for the length of your stay. If funding permits, there will be paid positions for skilled workers. What We Believe
We believe in a triune God. God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus is the only begotten Son of God, sent from God to earth, born of a virgin, was whipped for our healing, hung on a cross to pay the price for our sins and save us from our sins, and was resurrected on the third day to offer eternal life to those who believe in Him. We believe that the power of the Holy Spirit is available to every one who believes, invites Christ into their heart and has a personal relationship with Him. We believe that the Holy Spirit is our helper which gives every believer power to overcome the power of Satan and demonic forces. We believe in the power of prayer and that every human was made in the image of God.

Are you looking for some adventure in your life? Are you a team player? Thinking about how you fit in to this vision? We are looking for like-minded Christian volunteers who are willing to roll up their sleeves and work in exchange for board and room, ministry training, and fellowship. We are asking you to partner with us. If you have any skill and feel the call of God on your life to work and live at Restoration Ranch of Arkansas, Inc, we need all skill sets. From cooking, housekeeping and barn-cleaning, to skilled engineers, carpenters, and landscapers. We are also looking for office personnel to launch Fundraising campaigns, manage and monitor our Social Media platforms, write grant proposal letters to large corporations and local Churches, and create inspiring email content. No job is too small or too big. We are not set up for large groups at this time. But can house small teams. Bring the tools of your trade. Men will stay in our "Bunk House" and women in the main house. You must be cooperative, clean (unless your working), responsible, respectful, holding your faith and values in high esteem, as you will be representing God and Restoration Ranch of Arkansas, Inc where ever you go. You must be willing to agree to the boundaries and Ranch ground rules (The Ropes Manual). We are in desperate need of funding to purchase materials to build cabins, a horse stable, a workshop, and greenhouse, and to house and feed our volunteers.
